Rain is basically stealing from me. Continuously billing my account yet I disconnected their router and requested a cancellation more than 2 months back. They keep billing my account with R699 for the past 2 months. I have failed to cancel the service online and I therefore sent an email request with no success except the eventual collection of their 5G router after numerous emails and requests. This is the worst service ever and it is daylight robbery, they keep taking your money even when you don't want their service anymore.
They never pick up calls or reply to emails. What a waste. I need to get my service transferred to a new location or cancelled as we are moving but I have been failing to get hold of anyone there since January. This is very frustrating and I can't keep paying for a service that I will not be receiving. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with
