I have moved into a new house,the previous tenants in this house hold had a mweb line,when I wanted my supersonic line to be connected a found out that the previous tenant owed mweb money now they refusing to clear there line and I must struggle because mweb cannot handle there own problems with unpaid customers. Now vumatel cant to anything supersonic can not do anything. Now mweb is making there problems myne I big internet company like them acting like babies. I JUST WANT everyone to see before you think of ever applying at mweb the tipe of service providers they are..Rather then dealing with there own problems other have to struggle because they cannot do it themself..I will remove there box from my house then they can keep there line. This is unprofessional in every way cause I am not the person hoe owes them money but I have to struggle with them.

I just recently opened an account with FNB.I was caught in a Atm scam where the atm retained my card after I just entered the pin number and an amount of R2900,00 was stolen from my account.I went to Fnb opened a fraud investigation that lasted 19 days,where i had to keep phoning them to get any response on what is happening.On Friday again i had to phone just for them to tell me the bank is not liable for my lost due to the original card was used and pin. No apology or even a answer on how this had happen.I will never bank with Fnb again.The service i received was poorly and yet they are quickly to take bank charges.
