I paid a deposit almost 2months back and I forgot about the due date,I mean there's supposed to be a reminder,now she tells me that I have lost my 50% and she continues to say that she has 1000 people, how was she supposed to remember me,mind you the people that recommended me to her they got a reminder to pay the balance a month before ,but with me she doesn't have the time,if only I could post the WhatsApp screenshot.This is not a way to treat your customers ,it means she chooses who to remind 🤔. I was supposed to take the trip on the 5th of December 2025,meaning my I was supposed to pay the balance on Wednesday last week, how was i supposed to remember that,she's the one running a business she needs to remind everyone customer, not chooses who to remind.I gues the priority is the money not the clients.
I have been with Ackermans from 2017 but the treatment I'm receiving is bad.I have sent them mails like every month, wanting to knw why is it that every month I loss an amount of R100 in my account this month it was R200 and they have never responded to my mails even today, as for the cashiers they don't even know what's going on.
