The worst customer services in history. Faulty programs for their clocking systems. They did not even know how to install their own program for the clocking systems. Had a problem with the battery and were told that we had to check it ourselves, even when the machine was with us at their office for the program installment. Ordered and payed for a new battery instead we got a charger. Now we are struggling because we are not receiving the battery we paid for. They want us to bring the machine back to their office and we are 300km away, to have a look what the problem is but they could have done that when we were at their office with the system last year. Nobody ever calls you back. You don't receive any feedback from them. I tried to call the owner with no luck. Owner is rarely in the office. Sent an email to him but it has been two weeks and no reply. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
