Great Service from the team, after trying many companies i have finally found the professional service from the TAS Team. I ordered a Speedometer gauge and it was delivered in time. Thank you guys. :)

Great Service from Heila, i purchasing a facial reader system and from the entire process was wonderful from ordering to receiving it on time as well as installation. I would suggest anyone to use this company. Very impressed. Thumbs UP

The worst customer services in history. Faulty programs for their clocking systems. They did not even know how to install their own program for the clocking systems. Had a problem with the battery and were told that we had to check it ourselves, even when the machine was with us at their office for the program installment. Ordered and payed for a new battery instead we got a charger. Now we are struggling because we are not receiving the battery we paid for. They want us to bring the machine back to their office and we are 300km away, to have a look what the problem is but they could have done that when we were at their office with the system last year. Nobody ever calls you back. You don't receive any feedback from them. I tried to call the owner with no luck. Owner is rarely in the office. Sent an email to him but it has been two weeks and no reply. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I am employed at a courier company and our staff rely on us calculating their overtime correctly. My company has made use of Time access for many years and it’s always been a terrible experience. Their system is NOT user friendly and often gives unexplainable error messages. The worst part is whenever we try and get support out we have to wait almost three days for assistance. When we try and get them to assist us telephonically they cannot help and if we need them to log in remotely they request an upfront payment of R1000 before they will assist. What doesn’t make sense is that logging in remotely costs more than a call out fee. But as mentioned before, takes days.... I would not recommend them to any company looking for a reliable time and attendance system. It is only a matter of time before we move onto a better system with better service.

<p>after having PAID for SET UP of our product that we purchased around March 2017 (now 4 months later), and numerous e-mails and calls, we can still not use our product as it has to be set up by their technician or person responsible. </p> <p>So if you buy .. buy if you are in their vicinity </p>
