DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A CELLULAR NETWORK PROVIDER! Our Telkom line was down for 4 months but Telkom continued to debit our account. We decided to reverse the stop order and Telkom handed us over to 3 different debt collectors. After fighting for months, constant back and forth and being transferred from pillar to post we were BULLIED into paying for NO SERVICES rendered just so they wouldn't blacklist us. We have to hold for almost an hour at a time just to get through to their useless call centre and the incompetent people on the other end of the line, are not interested in resolving VALID queries. YOU WILL REGRET USING THEM!!!
I am employed at a courier company and our staff rely on us calculating their overtime correctly. My company has made use of Time access for many years and it’s always been a terrible experience. Their system is NOT user friendly and often gives unexplainable error messages. The worst part is whenever we try and get support out we have to wait almost three days for assistance. When we try and get them to assist us telephonically they cannot help and if we need them to log in remotely they request an upfront payment of R1000 before they will assist. What doesn’t make sense is that logging in remotely costs more than a call out fee. But as mentioned before, takes days.... I would not recommend them to any company looking for a reliable time and attendance system. It is only a matter of time before we move onto a better system with better service.
