I bought earphones at PEP cell kuilsriver 20 April when I open the box at home find out one side if faulty so I went back to them today ask for exchange lost my slip bought on my account we phone customer service they can see the amount and the date still they refused want slip ask them to do reprint since I buy to them they can't course system don't allow them . I ask them to call the Area Manager they say she/ H e(RUCHELLE) in the meeting customer service advise me . I speak with Shaan-legh/Amanda sales lady they say they need the slip I need area Manager to resolve this call me I left my number at the store.

I need advice my aunt passed away last year May she have funeral cover with FNB the beneficiary was her sister. FNB doesn't want to pay us her cover give us too many stories the major one was 2016 of the interest we never pay which we don't understand We need someone who can able to assist us we have all the document and the email they have been communicating with us. Monday we went to FNB they say they still doing investigation about this matter course the claim was declined but we never skip any payment even the month my aunt passed away we pay the cover.
