I bought ankle boots from mango over a month ago, i wasn't that when ordering online it would be shipped in from span, which is why the shoes took over a month to arrive. That wasn't the worse part, the boots arrived in a size 6 and 3 - so two very different sizes. To follow this the boots have clearly been worn, they have scuff marks and deep creases as well as terrible wear damage underneath the shoes. i logged the issue that same evening after receiving the boots. When I contacted them for a refund, they only offered be ZAR1,200 from a ZAR2299 payment. When I disputed this they asked me to prove that i actually paid ZAR2299 for the shoes, which i found to be odd because just look at the order number and it should tell you all the details. Now the date of last return is coming up and they have not communicated with me a way forward. I'm absolutely infuriated at the poor service and lack of urgency. Unfortunately, i didn't read the review prior to buying but the reviews are really telling.
I bought an E gift card on behalf of the company I’m working for, for one of the employees. I bought the gift on the 1st of September and it wasn’t delivered to her until the 5th of October. I had to be the one to chase after them literally every single day and they would tell me they have sent it, I even went in store a couple of times. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any retail store would definitely not recommend buying an e-gift card from them. On top of that it seemed like I took the money for myself because the lady didn’t receive it each time I told her they have resent it. I’d constantly have to explain to my superiors that the fault is with @home and I didn’t take the money. I generally love @home and I often buy my personal things from here but I have never been so disappointed and angry.
