Worst bus drivers
I am not sure where they get their bus drivers, but I rarely see a Putco bus driver obey the laws of the road. This morning, 31 July 2024 at 06:10, a Putco driver in bus 6481G (plate number CN 01 RC GP) nearly pushed me off Beyers Naude coming from Empire Road as it was swerving between lanes driving nearly 70 km/h! At the next traffic light (Beyers Naude and 4th Avenue) it stopped very close to my car and flashed its brights at me, trying to intimidate me. I will be calling in to log an official complaint so I hope that their call center is better than their drivers!

Rude employee
Had a rude encounter with one of the employees at Northcliff Square. Was waiting for a parking spot to open (indicator on for the spot) when he drove over into the spot from the other side. I hooted at him to show that I was waiting for the spot, but he decided to ignore me. After parking in a different spot, I went to him to ask if he had seen me to which he replied rudely and playing dumb.

Steals your money
Shopping on Takealot.com, I used the PayFast payment option which I regret terribly! The amount to be paid was deducted from my bank account, but Takealot never reveived it. I just want to know where my money went....

Slow service and rude staff
Got to the cafe a ordered within the first 5 minutes of being there. After waiting for my food (a sandwich) for 40 minutes, I called my waiter to ask when my food will be ready, he said that it is almost done. I informed him that I’d like the bill to pay for my cooldrink as I have to leave for work. He then came back with the manager who then told me my food is ready. I told her that the service is very slow and that waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich is unacceptable. She then rudely told the waiter to “bring this girl her bill”. I paid and left feeling quite upset after being belittled and treated so poorly.
