Hi I join restructure pro last year March 2025 and I was said by the call center agent my debit order which they deducted will go straight to my Bank which I had a loan with if I did not query at the bank if they paid my loan I would have never known. The company never paid my loan at the bank. I phone restructure pro then the call Centre said I cancel the next month debit order I had to pay the bank directly for my loan I ask where is my debit order money you guys took the call Centre agent told me they can't give my money back because it's lawyers fees a hole R2500. I phone the call Centre at restructure pro a month ago to remove my name from there data base as I did finish my loan the supervisor gave me a wrong email address I can't even ask about my R2500 they get upset and angry for money that's not even theres. I'm totally upset and will never advise any person to sign up with this people as they are *****ing my money.
Motor happy MSure gives bad service I waited for my policy to be send to me 5 months later after I had requested for it its unfortunate I did send my car to the dealer for what motor happy cover for as I read my policy I only saw now stripping of the component cover motor happy cover the consultant told me they don't cover it after making 15 phones calls to the call center wasting my airtime I had to pay to get my car back from the dealer twice I'm very upset are they a company motor happy
