On the 3rd of March 2020, I received an email from the credit bureau stating that I need to pay rent immediately before I get black listed but there was an email exchange from me, the real estate agent Nd owner to change the due date for rent and I was given a leniency of the 7th of every month by the owner. I have communicated with Louise Henn regarding this and she told me that there is nothing that can be done and she is going according to the contract even after I had asked to meet with her on the 4th of March 2020, she sent me a voice not stating that my visit to her office is futile because nothing is going to change and still repeated that she is unable to change anything because of the contract even after a leniency period from the owner was given. I then sent her a message stating that I will be taking this up with ombudsman because I was given a leniency period that she did not inform the credit bureau about. She then replied with a thumbs up emoji.
I have been getting deductions of R99 from my account and I did not sign for anything, when I stop the debits and desput, they somehow find a way to debit money from my account the following month. Can I please get help on how to stop this illegal debit from happening. I went on the internet to get their contact details, they have a WhatsApp number +27 61 101 8827 and an email addresssupport@hotspotter.co.za, still waiting for their response.
I wrote a review regarding BC hair and Beauty lifestyle a while back, my sister and I had ordered wigs in July 2020 and no word from BC, we continued calling, texting and e-mailing till we got a reply a month later, they told us Thier whatsaap is being rebooted because of the overflow of messages. We were then given a tracking number, and today my sister called me to show me the wigs, they had been delivered. I'm so happy we received our wigs and the quality is exceptional. Please BC work on your people s****s and improve communication lines and not forgetting time management.
My sister and I have ordered hair worth R3000 and we have not received anything, we made payments on the 15th of July and till date we have not received anything, we are told every week that a tracking number will be sent before 4pm it's been two weeks now and we have not received any tracking number. This is not right, this business is a scam and it's sad to see that when you try to support black businesses they disappoint in service delivery. We are now consulting to take legal action.
