STAY AWAY at all costs
A joke of an airline — stay away. If you decide to book a flight with TAAG, make absolutely sure you double-check the return month before proceeding with payment. The system can switch to the following month on the return leg without making it clear, which can easily be missed during booking. This leads to costly changes and additional fees to correct the dates. Very disappointing experience.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
Don't produce anything with these guys, they are not serious, nor professional, they promise you things and they simply dont deliver! I've ordered a flag in December 2019, and the final product didnt come with the colors I ordered. In January 2020, I tried to reach them with no success. This lady called Angel, who i was dealing with, simply ignored my emails and calls. After a long battle, i managed to get hold of her (this was only in Feb 2020) and she assumed the mistake and told me they were going to re-print the flag, as it was their negligence and fault. We are now in March and she keeps telling me stories that the printing machine is broken and they are trying to fix it. She promised me i was going to get the flag and up until today I havent received ANYTHING! Today i tried to call her, (from the millionth time) and she simply hang up on me! Honestly, I wish I never went ahead with this order with this company, since there are SO MANY good flag companies in JHB, which are professional and competent, unlike these guys who call themselves GOOD SIGNS? There's nothing good about this company, nothing!
