I bought cricket tickets and later resold them through the app. I have been waiting for my refund since mid-January. Each time I try to process it, I receive a notification saying there is an issue with my banking details. I have contacted customer service multiple times and followed their instructions to re-enter my details — this is now the sixth attempt — but the problem has still not been resolved. I have also emailed George directly and received no response. They currently owe me R2,000. I have even sent my banking details directly to customer service, yet nothing has been sorted out. This is the worst service I have experienced and I would not recommend using this platform.
