Perception is truth
Public statement For 16 years we have maintained a balanced review system on Hello Peter. IPI has been very difficult to keep going as the realty industry guarded their industry against the inspection industry, in that time SACHI , House Check (SAHITA) and Inspectahome have remained within their own lanes and there has never been any issues ..."we ran our own race" and now IPI is flooded with over 100 applications per week since the passing of the act, now we are the next big thing. Now, due to the problems with conferencing and flights we have been forced to train with our online course and never really get to know the delegate which is a result of SARS 2 politics. This has now become a disaster as we are met with all manner of diversion and schemes, the monsoon has come, the watering holes are full and all the animals from Lion and Gazelle have arrived at the watering hole, but so too have the crocodiles, unseen agendas untill you are firmly in their grasp. I have spent 16 years of my sons 27 years away from his growing up to build this business, not to mention invested over R1.700,000.00 in business infrastructure, unique software and self learning, individuals like Marlene Grobler who is now attacking SACHI on behalf of her husband attempted to breach our software code, to copy it and upon discovering its firewalls changed to demanding their money back because they can Get a website for R 1,000.00 less?...this the basis to cancel after failing to copy SACHI PHP coding ???. its disgusting and its systemic of the state of South Africa today from Eskom to the corner store and frankly I'm not tolerating this WOKE politics from men who never went to the army in this country and ' or cant follow a franchise system designed to build the brand through personal development as opposed to a ME, MYSELF AND I CONCEPT. so lets be clear, this matter is closed for high court hearing against Mrs Groblar as we have no contract with her and her language, actions match her spelling, its disgraceful. SACHI offer the delegate 3 payments along the path to ensure we have met CPA guidelines and will gladly refund anyone prior to signature of the contract after which both parties share an obligation to one another. her email is below for full disclosure so you can decide yourself as this has been deemed by attorneys as extortion and blackmail Email excerpt from the delegate wife "I will have no objection to humiliating you on any scam webpage I find online. see hello peter for a start. Shane Clark. Defamation for non completion of modules
Please watch out for negative spammers like Shane Clark who whose course was terminated voluntarily due to his inability to mange the software training. He has threatened defamation as he now demands a refund which we do not do. SACHI is a business under 10k but it's targeted at educated individuals who are competant, not individuals who take on the course , fail and blame the course. we expect a landfall from him. Home inspections is a skilled enterprise and we have dropped the franchise pice from R39,750.00 to R4,750.00 during COVID. We obviously need to work on our screening process/

Counteractive Somerset West Accounting services. redirected Vat for personal gain
JACO SWART WAS OUR ACCOUNTANT. HE STOLE R900,000 IN VAT PYBLE TO Srs belle resigning fro the company solartech in 2018. he know runs his own service in Somerset West called CounterActive. Do not trust this man, he skims off the top of unsuspecting entrepreneurs who understand how to make the money but not the details of accounting policies. He cost the company R1.6 million including Fines. SARS wanted to charge us R6,000,000. he is a white collar criminal.
