Tough but Fair- always picks up the phone & tells it like it it. awesome software but Sachi Boss is no nonsense which alienates newbies like me
I read the reviews & its seems the business concept wasn't the problem, the guy running the show lacked patience? so we met & he explained to me that he will supply me with everything I need to become a certified inspector & provide an environment where success was possible. but that it ! he nmade it clear, if I cant switch off Netflix & dedicate 18 months I will fail & he will not arrive on a white horse. I enjoyed the course, the books he recommends , saved my relationship with my daughter who's in stepping stones, & he always picked up the phone & was prepared to explain why hit was his way or the highway. yes he is hard , and he didn't deny the Carte Blanche , he explained it was a bit theatrical as it sells clicks ....but he tells the truth. I guess some people don't like the truth. I'm terrified of the sales & marketing & yesterday he said "I'm not being paid to achieve your goals" he directed me to a R150.00 udemy course & told me something I will never forget. Ames said " your ego is in the way, if you just get over rejection you will grow" as I write this I feel a little put off by his comment, but he did say upfront before I paid, Loudoun, this is not a home inspection company, this is a "mastery of digital marketing " company. for under 20k its the best concept for the money, but he left me with a riddle "if it takes 8 weeks to walk from Egypt to Israel, why did Moses take 40 years?" in James mind, you have to walk the slave out of a generation ....I hated his analogy , but I find myself using it

SACHI and IPI- Independent Property Inspectors are a ****.
**** ALERT!!! James is a complete ******, please be careful! SACHI went belly-up and he is now trying to sell franchises under IPI-Independent Property Inspectors. Beware! I'm now expecting legal and physical threats but am not concerned. The man belongs behind bars. I'll happily share communications I have from him threatening me when I queried where my money had gone, and he had not delivered on ANY of his promises. Please warn others. The estate agents do their own inspections and do not involve a third party.

Sachi is not for wanabe inspectors
I started dealing with Sachi in April 2022 when i invested in a franchise. The training has been great and the communication channels for any questions have always been open ,answered and tranparent. I have completed my training and qualifications. The franchisor James has always assisted and has been very supportive during the training period and beyond.

Be careful entering into an agreement with SACHI - IPI
I would not recommend anyone entering into an agreement with SACHI and IPI. I entered into a contract dated 29 November 2022. The contract was in the name of IPI a division of The South African Carbon and Energy Exchange (Pty) Ltd. The enterprise number was reflected in the contract. (in the process of liquidation). I have had problems with SACHI and IPI and in an email from SACHI the MD stated and I quote "Its not … in fact with over 30 people starting module 1 every 45 days , Im not interested whether you associate speed with success, I’m not your life coach and frankly we have no interest in your success or failure" Had I known that I would have to deal with this type of outlook I would never have considered SACHI. I started doing further research and came across a site regarding The South African Carbon and Energy Exchange (Pty) Ltd. According to this site they are in the process of liquidation. The reason given is deregistration due to annual return non compliance. The last update on this site was recent being 26 December 2022. This in simple terms means that I entered into a contract when they were already in the process of deregistration. Hello Peter will not allow me to respond to negative comments on SACHi ? . Between 2014-2019 we had 131 positive 3 star + comments . Where have they gone?
