Late year HelloPeter removed my original complaint about SACHI. Since I saw the expose on Carte Blanche I feel vindicated. It proves how SACHI's MD could even manipulate social media complaints. Well don Carte Blanche.
Thanks for a smooth transaction. I did not trust the sellers declared problems on my new house. Space Invaders did an inspection and found 3 serious defects. Seller agreed to have it repaired and I saved well over R50,000. Absolutely worth it.
Shoutout to KFC Pietermaritzburg. Bought lunch there on our way to the South Coast. In a moment of madness, I forgot my purse on the counter. and left without it. The manager found my business card in my purse and phoned me to let me know. I was not even out the parking lot yet. Thank you so much.
<div>SACHI advertises that Home Inspections are mandated by legislation. It is NOT true. I was in contact with the PPRA Acting Executive Legal and Compliance Claims & Applications Manager, Debra Vial, today and she confirmed the following: And I quote: "The PPA does not classify property inspectors as property practitioners in terms of the definition in s1 Act 22/2019. The Minister has also not designated property inspection as a designated activity falling under the Act. I am not sure exactly what activities you would perform in the course of your profession, but unless it includes any of the property practitioner activities specified under “property Practitioner” in s1 of the Act, you would not qualify to register. The valuation and inspection of fixed property are not property practitioner activities." So there it is. </div>
Shocking to see how SACHI manages to get their negative comments removed by constantly objecting to HelloPeter. Third one in a very short period that was removed. Stop throwing tantrums when you get a negative comment and rather work on repairing burnt opportunities. For those that knows the company, please note all the positive comments below posted by themself or people connected to them. Even a couple created accounts. Scandalous.
Be verry verry careful for James McCallum and his SACHI scam. The training is NOT relevant to the South African Market. SACHI is NOT registered as a Franchise in SA. Why all the different email addresses that he uses? The office address given on his contracts is a "Rent a Office" setup in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. I paid the R6,500 for training weeks ago and nothing happened so far. He is abusive and when you confront him, he starts shouting. This will be good Carte Blanch material.
