Be careful entering into an agreement with SACHI - IPI

I would not recommend anyone entering into an agreement with SACHI and IPI. I entered into a contract dated 29 November 2022. The contract was in the name of IPI a division of The South African Carbon and Energy Exchange (Pty) Ltd. The enterprise number was reflected in the contract. (in the process of liquidation). I have had problems with SACHI and IPI and in an email from SACHI the MD stated and I quote "Its not … in fact with over 30 people starting module 1 every 45 days , Im not interested whether you associate speed with success, I’m not your life coach and frankly we have no interest in your success or failure" Had I known that I would have to deal with this type of outlook I would never have considered SACHI. I started doing further research and came across a site regarding The South African Carbon and Energy Exchange (Pty) Ltd. According to this site they are in the process of liquidation. The reason given is deregistration due to annual return non compliance. The last update on this site was recent being 26 December 2022. This in simple terms means that I entered into a contract when they were already in the process of deregistration.
