IPI is a complete ****, please Google SACHI, James McCullums previous ****. I lost a lot of money and received NOTHING. When I started putting pressure on James he threatened me with bodily harm, to the extent that when I asked him where my R5750 that I paid for a website was, he rep**** 'I bought ammunition for my Glock with it' (or to that effect). I have the written communications. No doubt I'll receive more threats, it's his modus operandi. Please be careful of this ******.
**** ALERT!!! James is a complete ******, please be careful! SACHI went belly-up and he is now trying to sell franchises under IPI-Independent Property Inspectors. Beware! I'm now expecting legal and physical threats but am not concerned. The man belongs behind bars. I'll happily share communications I have from him threatening me when I queried where my money had gone, and he had not delivered on ANY of his promises. Please warn others. The estate agents do their own inspections and do not involve a third party.
I'm not sure what is going on with Oneplan anymore. They just don't seem to care. I have had ongoing issues with the app for well over a year now. I contacted them over a week ago and it seems they have just stopped responding. I'm trying to work out if they've given up trying to solve the problem or just hoping I go away? Sad, because I previously submitted a 5-star review. When good times go bad I guess. Maybe they made too much money from Covid and have forgotten about their members.
I am always amazed that large companies like MTN are so unprofessional and cannot even perform the most basic tasks. Their management are ridiculously highly paid, but I wouldn't employ them to run a ****a shop! I received my brand new wifi router yesterday, very quick delivery, however, I have been unable to connect it to the internet. It arrived with ZERO setup instructions or advise from MTN. I decided to contact their helpline. After being passed from pillar-to-post, I was eventually advised that the SIM card has not been RICA'd! Even though I have provided them with all requested documentation. Furthermore, I am advised that the RICA department does not work on weekends and I will have to wait until Monday to sort it out. I compare it to a car dealer delivering a brand new car and not leaving a key with which to start it. You can walk outside and stare at it every now and again, but you can't drive it. Useless!
I have learnt my lesson, I will never deal with an online store again, without first consulting Hellopeter. WISH have been a total let-down and I am beyond disgusted with their service and their quality. Unfortunately, as I said to them in my last communication (although I still have 2 items undelivered 6 months later), they only have to rip people off ONCE to make a handy profit. Please be warned, don't get caught ONCE.
I don't do this review stuff normally but I would simply like to put it out there that I am extremely impressed with Oneplan, and their service, and would highly recommend them. Well done
I wish to put on record that I am sickened and shocked that Capitec can plunder my account without any prior notice, leaving me with a ZERO balance on the 14th of the month. I purposefully set myself a very tight budget for December, depositing as much as I could into my fixed savings account. I had to have the deductions reversed and I GOT CHARGED FOR THE REVERSAL!!!!!!! Furthermore, on the 18th December I receive intimidating sms's threatening that I have no credit insurance on my loans!!!! My salary has not been paid as yet. I have NEVER been a single day late with any of my loan repayments to Capitec, but I'm now being treated like a criminal. I will be changing to another bank when I return in the new year. Capitec is a f*cking disgrace!
<p>I have sent 3 e-mails over the past 3 weeks requesting information regarding my account. I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement, let alone a reply to any of my correspondence. I find the level of customer service pathetic, in this day and age, where others are incredibly prompt and a pleasure to deal with. That said, my personal choice is never to deal with this disgraceful business again. I have settled my account in full (although I have no acknowledgement of that either, even though I requested confirmation) and thus can wipe my hands of GAME STORES! </p>
