IPI is a ****
IPI is a complete ****, please Google SACHI, James McCullums previous ****. I lost a lot of money and received NOTHING. When I started putting pressure on James he threatened me with bodily harm, to the extent that when I asked him where my R5750 that I paid for a website was, he rep**** 'I bought ammunition for my Glock with it' (or to that effect). I have the written communications. No doubt I'll receive more threats, it's his modus operandi. Please be careful of this ******.

This man has been sending me spam for years and refuses to take me off his mailing list. He told me he was going to teach me a lesson for being rude when I demanded be remove my email! I wouldn’t go near him for business if this is the ********* manner in which he behaves and how blatantly he gives the law the middle finger. I have read several bad reports about him on line so hope he finally gets taken to task and held accountable for his disgusting behaviour!

Software Success
I'd like to take some time to thank James for showing me the ropes of the Apex360 Software. He's been a great adviser and mentor and i would not be able to operate and navigate the software without his guidance. As for the software, It's abit overwhelming at first glance, and took me a bit getting used to, however with James guidance i was used to it in no time! It's an excellent piece of kit and i tip my hat off to the developers and James for all the help!

Software Success

Who is the real bad guy here?
I joined IPI late in November 2018, after attending a training session in Cape Town with James McCullum. We were told that after we sign up and pay all fees, we would get an email address, website (paid extra for that - R 3500), access to an online tool. All this was supposed to be handled and delivered from the MD of Realty Safe - this never occurred. After numerous emails and phone calls, the truth finally came out - the MD of Realty Safe had fired James (from his own company) as the trainer and recruiter in December 2018. Things had apparently gotten very ugly between them. I phoned James up and got the shortened version of what had transpired. Needless to say, I was extremely upset at losing this money, however, James offered to take my contract over with only a new training fee attached. Realty Safe, on the other hand, did not even attempt to assist any of us. James has been railroaded in my opinion and did not deserve this.

Excellent learning experience
I effectively learned in a compressed day what I usually learn in a month. James McCallum was able to take the complex and make it simple. I now have a much better understanding of how functions and commands are organized within the property inspections industry. I am now confident in my abilities to run my own franchise in an effective and comprehensive manner.

Excellent learning experience

I would like to warn any body that is thinking about doing business with James or wanting to buy a supposed IPI franchise to stop and think carefully, do you rather just want to throw money away? I can guarantee that in the training he will spin you some story about not having a VAT # and if you transfer money before a said date that you will get the cost of the franchise less VAT, we paid money for websites to be designed and 5 months later as I write this still no websites are available but we must pay BMF'S (that's about all James cares about, money going into his bank account) so I am warning you don't do any business with James Ruben McCullum.
