Who is the real bad guy here?

I joined IPI late in November 2018, after attending a training session in Cape Town with James McCullum. We were told that after we sign up and pay all fees, we would get an email address, website (paid extra for that - R 3500), access to an online tool. All this was supposed to be handled and delivered from the MD of Realty Safe - this never occurred. After numerous emails and phone calls, the truth finally came out - the MD of Realty Safe had fired James (from his own company) as the trainer and recruiter in December 2018. Things had apparently gotten very ugly between them. I phoned James up and got the shortened version of what had transpired. Needless to say, I was extremely upset at losing this money, however, James offered to take my contract over with only a new training fee attached. Realty Safe, on the other hand, did not even attempt to assist any of us. James has been railroaded in my opinion and did not deserve this.
