Ignition Telecoms Investments 43 has been deducting money for three different accounts One Box, Phone Box & Extreme Life from my daddy's account without his approval. When you contact them, the call doesn't go through and when you google them all that you see is the name.
One of the worst customer service. To report a complain or error you need to go via their WhatsApp service and there is never a agent available to assist. There internet connection is always down and there is no communication to their clients nor anyone to assist. I report a bad connection ywo days ago and their Bot is still trying to connect me to an agent. Super BAD SERVICE
