I wish l can give 0 star.My parcel got lost in June and since July l have been trying to get my refund.l wrote here on hello Peter and nothing was done.Busi who normally responds here is of no help.Appaling attitude. I have been waiting for Akhona's call since last week.When l try to call her ,her phone just rings until my air time runs out.lf anyone here is thinking of sending a parcel via dhl...think twice before you..if u can ,use FedEx etc

The worst experience l have heard with a courier company. I am dissapointed with DHL service delivery. In June l sent a parcel to Canada which got lost on the way .Dhl confirmed the parcel was not delivered. Now they dont want to process my refund because l lost the receipt from my attorney. The documents were notorized by an attorney, if they check the address to which these documents were sent they will understand that these were not just mere documents. When a company advertises themselves as a courier company then we expect such services from them.l can't just give them my money like that ,l will take them to court if l have to.
