Stolen funds for products not received.
Since Econovix took over Leeserskring the service has gone from great to absolutely atrocious. I have been struggling for almost 2 years to receive 1 book that I was forced to pay for to continue my subscription. After paying for a product I did not receive I have sent numerous emails both friendly reminders to send the books and emails when I was at my witts end that was borderline rude to absolutely no result. Instead I have been harrased for more payments. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Truly unprofessional en **** poor beyond compare.
