On 9 January 2023 I bought a Samsung A23 from Hyperli ( order ORD1111049713) . I've made several enquiries regarding delivery. Hyperli support promised twice to follow up with the supplier but gave no further update or feedback. I demand an immediate full cash refund of R3064 . Cecil Paulse. 31 Broadway street. PAARL 7646

Whatever the reason for not collecting refuse on Friday as per schedule, they collected on Saturday morning.
Snatcher speed of collection of a damaged product even caught me by surprise- same day as their e-mail! The item was duly replaced without any hassle. I am impressed to say the least.
I took out insurance with Final Expenses Benefit (funeral cover) for me and my wife several years ago. My wife passed on 5 June 2021 and claim for funeral cover submitted on11 June 2021. I had to cover the full costs of the funeral on 15 June since Up until today 23 June Old Mutual failed to pay out the funeral benefit. Their only response was to "apologise for the oversight". I have been a loyal client of old Mutual since 1981.
I also bought mini washing machine. No reply to enquiry e-mails.
Clicks Pharmacy, Rembrandt Mall Paarl, went more than the extra mile to ensure that my wife gets her prescribed medication. While the Medical Aid rejected the claim on the grounds of quantity, Clicks Pharmacy ensured that we get at least some of the medication to continue the prescribed treatment by making numerous phone calls. I am impressed by and grateful for their service attitude.
