Good day, I have bought a used vehicle at the bramar auto on 28/02/2020, the advertised kilometers on it was 160000 and got it at 163000 kilometers, when I want to book for service at 178000km at Hyundai I was made aware that the vehicle has already been serviced at 172655 in May 2019,i made the owner of the company that the odometer has been tampered with and he said hell pay for two services on the vehicle which I refused, then he said I must give him my options which were he pays the difference from 160000 to 172655 in kilometers because I don't know for how many kilometers it was reversed, he refused and said I can take him to court because he can see that I want to rip him off and he even went as far as going to my insurance trying to pay for the cv joint that I was fixing at that moment and said it's his responsibility to pay for it, I told him that it's between me and my insurer he must not get involved, he then closed the door on my face and told me that I must get out of his premises or he call police on me. I'm so disappointed on them as they gave me a good service during the purchase only to find they were hiding something from me
On Saturday 25th april, I bought a lamb chops at Sunward park food lovers, but when I warmed the meat it smelled off and I took it back to the store and I was refered to the man called Johnson (he gave that name), He told me that he's taking it to the chef's and came back to me saying lamb smell like that and its curry, I told him that I'm a woman and I know what good lamb smell like, instead of apologizing for that he continued telling me that its my money that im wasting and he trust the chefs in the store and I'm the only one who complained about lamb and other customers never complained, This same man did this a while ago when I returned the sausage that was also off and told me what was I expecting when I buy food on special at the store, I've tried to call the store several times to report the matter but their phones just rings, I wish this store can be inspected thoroughly.
On the 29th of November 2019 I took my car hyundai tucson for service at car service city in carnival mall,I gave them the car wothout any engine leaks and when I received the car it was full of oil inside the engine, I called the manager Jeandre and informed him, he then said i must bring the car back which I did, they washed the engine then whe I fetched it, there was a trange sound from the engine and i valked him again, he came to my workplace to fix it, it was fine for few days then I noticed that the under cover was fastened by cable ties and the bull bar and the front bumper were lose, I took it back again to be fixed, even though the manager was all smiles you could see that he's not happy with me, He also insisted I replace the brake pads with skimming of discs as well, but they were making noise and I also informed him of that, in February i took it in for the break pads cause he said he's fixing the edges, but the problem persist and the engine leaks were visible again, I made several calls to inform him but the receptionist kept telling me that he's busy and he'll call me back, till this day he never did and im sitting with the problem, Im so dissapointed as my car is not as powerful as it used to be since that november.
I bought a used vehicle at bramar auto and was assisted by Lazarus Langa, He was professional and patient throughout the process, He made sure that all my expectations as a customer were met and even followed up with me to check if I'm happy with the vehicle, very friendly, helpful and professional that i would recommend them to anyone.
