Shocking service
order was placed and paid and was meant to arrive as a Fathers Day gift. A week later I was told that the invoicing system had not processed the order or something to that effect. after 3 calls a day for a week, without a return call as promised, eventually I was told it had been dispatched. it sat at the couriers in Durban for a further 3 days before it finally was delivered. I will definitely not recommend them or use them again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE....
This is the 3rd time I'm using Road Protect. The service from Nellie has been outstanding. Very prompt & professional. I'll definitely be back for more transactions in the future. KEEP IT UP.
