I completed 2 degrees with Mancosa and since the start of my first degree up untill I completed my second degree I have been dealing with the same student advisor by the name of Micyla Flemmer, she truly made my journey memorable and the customer service from her side is excellent, I will be doing my 3rd qualifications with Mancosa and and guess who is my student advisor .....the one and only Micyla Flemmer....Thank you for making my Mancosa experience memorable, Give that woman an increase......:-) Student 152407
Spoke to a consultant Bonolo Magagula the guy knows exactly what customer service is about,exeptional customer service the guy is on top of his game Big thumbs up to him such people make it easy to phone Miway # happy retained customer😌
Is there Zero rating :-( Audi The Glen is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with, had a break down , where my car stared and switched off kind of like miss in ignition with a strong smell of petrol,the car was towed into their workshop on Saturday 07.03.2020, with understanding they have cars to service before mine which I understood, checking my tracker car was started once on the 11.03.2020, getting feedback from the service adviser Jaryd, when I phone everyday, he told me the car is being started and tested, on 13.03.2020 he informed and quoted me R7423.15 for injector flush this included labour of R4165,spark plugs R1374,seal ringsR 204, seal ringsR361.20 & clip R103.20. He informed me that warranty will not cover cause injectors are not replaced but cleaned. I said it is fine that I will pay and he should go ahead and fix the car.On the 16.03.2020 the service adviser Contacted me and told me that they picked up after they did the R7423.15 work that the ignition coil needs to be replaced and I do not have to worry the warranty will cover the cost of R1431.18, they ordered the part to arrive on the 17.03.2020 the same day I collected the car.On collection of the vehicle I asked the service adviser as to why he changed the spark plugs as the vehicle was serviced on the 26.02.2020, He told me and I quote " they changed the spark plugs cause they got wet because the injector was leaking and the petrol wet them" I asked a simple question then, so if the injectors leaked according to my understanding they should have then been replaced and asked for the error report which he told me that its over 100 pages '' dude I just paid you R 7423.15, you worried abut 100 pages" which he said he will email to me , which I had to ask for the following day, finally he sends me the report in email format which can be edited, where I asked him for PDF format ,in his responds "the machine cannot do that".Anyway 5 days later the car goes and break down again with the same issue I had on 07.03.2020. I emailed the service adviser and he replied via email saying he will send a technician to check the vehicle, the technician arrived and opened the bonnet pressed down something seems like the coil, and the car started in 10 seconds, I asked the technician so this means the work done for R7423.14 was then incorrectly diagnosed, so what happens to the money I paid , he said they will take the car back to Audi the Glen to diagnosed the vehicle which they kept the car for two days telling me they have no courtesy vehicle to provide , so this pushed me to be off work , I spoke to the service adviser and informed him about their discrepancies and that means that I paid for something that I shouldn't have, where he told me that they just trying to sort out my vehicle as that is priority and brushed of the payment query.On arrival to pick up my vehicle the service adviser avoid spending time and just handed over my keys pointing out where the vehicle is and left.I will not rest until I have a full report , but I will not recommend any person to use Audi The Glen service is pathetic.
