Smeg service belongs in the toilet!
What a useless company. I have a Smeg built in coffee machine. It costs over R50k. Whne it breaks, which it does often, youneed to call one of their techs out. That takes a few days. When they come out they diagnose the problem, which generally needs a spare part, which they do not have in the country. This is not my first breakdown, and this time I needed a new boiler. They made me pay upfront before ordering the boiler. 6 weeks later (this is normal) it arrives and they come to install it, only to find they ordered the wrong boiler... Why does it take 6 weeks to bring a part in from Italy? Are they sending it via Vespa overland? I now have to wait a further 6 weeks for a boiler which may, or may not, be the right one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ****!!!!!

Do not even think about it.
Do not even think about it. The clothes you receive do not closely resemble what it looks like on the picture. There is no returns unless you pay a fortune to send the clothes back to China. There is no Cape Town office. ****. Stay very far away from them. I have just lost R4 000.
