I made the following payments toward the total amount for the home audio equipment and installation: R30 000 deposit paid on 20 May 2025 R40 000 additional payment on 6 June 2025 Total paid to date: R70 000 In October 2025, I informed Audico and Mr. Karsten that the property was ready for the final installation. Since then, I have made numerous requests via WhatsApp, email, and telephonic attempts for confirmation of delivery and installation. Despite repeated promises made by Mr. Karsten, no installation has taken place, no refund and no concrete dates have been provided for. To date: No equipment has been delivered No installation has been scheduled No reasonable explanation has been offered No refund received Communication has become inconsistent and unhelpful This is not a business operating in good faith proceed with caution!
Terrible service provider, sends out generic messages even if you require special assistance, service down more than it is up. Worst experience ever do not bother go for another provider if you have a choice
