Good Business Model, poor service
I have been recommending this company to many. I now regret it. Over and above a botched installation by a substandard contractor who also did damage to our property, we now cannot get Hope from the call centre to get our address correct on our COC certificate even after 8 attempts. The call centre drops calls and there is a 30 minute queue - clearly many are having the same problem. A bit ironic that they cannot provide a certificate that they are contractually obliged to provide so that the client can insure their equipment. Then the call center agents tell the clients that if any damage occurs and it is not insured, the client is liable - the law does not work that way.

Disgusting Accommodation and treatment of guests
This establishment was not ready for our booking. We booked the self catering chalet/bush camp. Upon arrival after check-in time, we were told that there was a problem with water supply to the chalet. They came to fix at 16h30.we had to call them again at 18h30 to fix again. In addition, the geyser was only doing hot water, unless it was manipulated in a certain way. We have kids and this was dangerous. In addition, one of their dogs attacked a worker in front of my kids. They reacted with little concern and said it had happened before... Still put their worker in danger instead of keeping the dogs away. They also told us stories about jackals ad leopards, yet only non dangerous animals are stated on their website Their male giraffe is also dangerous. After the kids were asleep, I discovered no water again, could not shower, flush toilet or wash hands. Early in the orning they agreed to move us to main lodge. The kitchen was filthy and had not been cleaned for months.... Layers of dust on kitchen shelves-the excuse was a dusty road. But there was more than a few days worth of dust. My daughter had to remove a mosquito from her bowl. Dead bugs in the drawers, cobwebs on the utensils and in pots. Insects in bedroom cupboards and drawers. Their excuse was that they had sent some staff home to Corona outbreak.. But that dirt was there since before Corona was only a beer. And they had guests the night before and were happy to leave the kitchen in that state. We decided to leave, after many excuses they agreed to a refund and took my banking details. They have not refunded me ir responded to any communication.
