Dedication and Politness
The people I dealt with were polite and dedicated in every way and the lady who finally helped me gave me good advice and I received the comparison email she promised me. Dedication, politness and patience are qualities are sorely lacking in RSA.

They are shocking. Skyfi support group is absolutely useless. I never received their email stating the cheaper groups were being done away with and woke up with a R699 bill whereas I have been paying R343. I am a pensioner which makes it worse.
