Poor customer service. Strand Flooring and Blinds

I have read comments re this company. Our floor was laid June 2021. We have since noticed one floor board is bubbling, 1 floor board has a broken clip. There are others not looking great. The guys came out and made a report stating that this was water damage but that they would fix it. It has gone down hill from there. The owner sends rambling rude msgs , some I have kept, others I deleted. I am now going to approach SAWLFA and pay for a inspection of the work done. The workers are extremely polite but the owner is another story . I shall be playing the msgs that I have received to the SAWLFA representative when they come and make a report. The owner of Strand Flooring and Blinds suggested I contact them which I have done.
