Impossible to get assistance from
I am trying to get assistance with my credit card. It is impossible to get hold of this bank. They have been experiencing technical difficulties for over a week. It is incredibly frustrating. You just cannot get any assistance.

Mr Shopper seems to be a scam
This business has to be an absolute scam. I order an item on the 30 November. Payment was confirmed on the 05th December. Delivery was supposed to happen on the 21st December. Nothing happened. You cannot get hold of anyone and all their online query platforms are useless. I will never purchase anything from them again and I will make sure that none of my friends and family make the same mistake I did.

Read the fine print
A very expensive mistake!! I have sent numerous emails to cancel or at least get assistance. They are read but no reply. I haven’t been able to trade once on this platform. The tech who carried out the training no longer works for the company. The salesman is nowhere to be found. The “once off” fee gets billed every month. Lesson learned!!
