Would give a zero if it was possible. Paid for training, did not receive further communication to confirm attendance and venue (after repeated emails to ask to confirm as the booking had a discrepancy with regards to the venue), I called the venue and they had no knowledge of such an event booked at their venue (the day before the event). An email was received to indicate not enough delegates signed up and it will be moved. Next the event was cancelled with a promise of a credit note (as if anybody is interested in a worthless credit note). All emails and communication goes unanswered. All phone numbers on booking forms and website goes unanswered. Avoid at all costs. Be aware that they do make the training seem legit, however, there is no training.
Have ordered on Sunday and have paid R1200. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. On Monday I added a few items to my shopping list, at a cost of R250. This was billed twice to my credit card. Wednesday and Thursday went by without any delivery. On Thursday I got hold of a person via their whatsapp number who promised they would cancel and refund me on Thursday evening. It is now Monday and I have not been refunded yet. They owe me just less than R1700 but it seems like I have been blocked on their whatsapp line. They do not respond to emails (unless you order and give money, obviously) requesting refunds etc. I do not recommend this company at all. They have since changed the app to exlude my location as an area serviced by them, but only after getting my money. If you look at their facebook profile you will see many similar stories. Why take orders if you know you don't have the capacity? Then rather do like the big online traders and simply state that you are at capacity and cannot take more orders at the moment. Skelms.
