Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, we stood in a queue for more for 1 hour 30 minutes. Only a few tills were operating because apparently some of the staff is on leave. Only people are suffering there because they are at their mercy. I doubt if there’s even a Manager there. Very slow and poor service
Our alarm went off at 2:05am, we waited for 20 minutes and we pressed the panic button again and again. The time is now 2:43 am and we still have not received a call from ADT nor had anyone check on us. Appalling service from ADT, we are not happy at all
