Stay far away. Spent around R12000 with them to get my bike up and running. After 3 months of chasing them to work on it, it came back and still starts more rarely than when I gave it to them, *****s missing, the seat not attached properly, carbs leaking, the list can go on. Just amateur work all around, although I'm an amateur and could've done a better job. After voicing my dissatisfaction and indicating that a negative review was coming their way if they did not refund me some of my money, the owner phoned me, screamed in my ear and threatened legal action against me. I currently have an actual mechanic looking at it and he discovered metal shavings in the oil after Wrench Monkey allegedly changed it. How that goes unnoticed by them is quite baffling. Every competent mechanic or biker I have spoken to has only bad things to say about Wrench Monkey, I just wish I had a warning before burning my money.
An absolute headache to cancel a membership. Takes 5 minutes to get through the website process, only to be told to phone a number. Once you get there, another 5 minutes of a robot trying to guilt trip you into staying can be enjoyed. Phrases like, "If you'd like to give up on your goal, please press 2." are thrown at you constantly. The 8 lessons I received during the first month weren't of much value either. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, there is a reason why online education is often a lot cheaper than physical classes.
Definitely one of the best online education sites I've come across. Of course I cannot vouch for the quality of all of their classes, but those I were enrolled in were high quality and well thought out.
