Lupa Osteria Durbanville terrible service
Terrible service! Ordered via a delivery service. Estimated arrival kept extending by 5 minutes and eventually 50minutes later order simply cancelled. On the App it kept saying the order was being processed by the restaurant. No explanation. Nothing. Only number found for Lupa Osteria Durbanville online is non-functional. Simply takes you to a voice message that says "account is locked". Look, I get things go wrong, but seriously! If you're gonna accept my order and then cancel it... have the decency to do so after a few minutes and NOT an hour and a half!

Exemplary company and service
Recommend recommend recommend. The COVID 19 pandemic hit the world like 20 tsunami waves and nobody could possibly have been adequetely prepared for the effects it would have on frontliners as well as non-frontliners. Despite political and economic uncer*****ies, logistical nightmares and worldwide lockdowns these guys managed to bring a durable and trustworthy product to our doorstep in the best possible time. They kept us in the loop as challenges arose beyond their control with logistics and were patient at all times. They worked all hours of the night processing orders and responding to emails as fast as humanly possible. I for one got correspondence after 11pm more than once in their efforts to keep up with the sheer numbers. To top it all off their product literally cost an eigth of any other shark out there trying to make money off of soldiers fighting the battle! Well done guys. You can be truly proud of how you conduct your business. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
