Shocking customer service
I bought a Wave TV Box, from a Gino, who was selling them at the Italian Club in 2019. Had nothing but problems, I was promised an invoice by email, still waiting. My subscription expired last year, and unable to renew it. I have tried to no avail to contact Gino, he has changed numbers, and I get told theses stories how sorry they are, and they will sort it out...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. Its a wonder that these kind of businesses stay in business. Tried calling both cell numbers n the website, straight to voice mail.

Nano wave mask v2.0
I highly recommend the nano wave mask v2.0, the slightly more delicate foam housing is extremely comfortable And the nose clips so easy to mould into shape and not necessary to bend and straighten everyday It is safe to santize daily and wash once a week. Oh and i love the adjustable ear pieces too. 5 out 5!

Criminal business.
"Sold" me those n95 mask things, but never delivered. Paid them a month ago with nothing to show for it. They kept saying that they are bearing extra costs and doing their best to deliver on time. Meanwhile they are stealing money from people during a national crisis. They should be imprisoned

Nano masks
Purchased the N95 Nano masks from this company and received it now as there were multiple delays... Not completely their fault but they were unprofessional in how they communicated information to their clients. Clients were told not to continously contact them etc. The material of the mask looks and feels very thin and does look like it will last long which is very disappointing. Also, their original advert stated that the mask is reusable as it can be washed however, now it comes out that the mask is only usable for 30 washes which was not made known to clients from the beginning. Disappointing to say the least.

The COVID 19 pandemic hit the world like 20 tsunami waves and nobody could possibly have been adequetely prepared for the effects it would have on frontliners as well as non-frontliners. Despite political and economic uncer*****ies, logistical nightmares and worldwide lockdowns these guys managed to bring a durable and trustworthy product to our doorstep in the best possible time. They kept us in the loop as challenges arose beyond their control with logistics and were patient at all times. They worked all hours of the night processing orders and responding to emails as fast as humanly possible. I for one got correspondence after 11pm more than once in their efforts to keep up with the sheer numbers. To top it all off their product literally cost an eigth of any other shark out there trying to make money off of soldiers fighting the battle! Well done guys. You can be truly proud of how you conduct your business. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service
I bought a wave android tv box from takealot earlier this year for streaming purposes. On the whole the box performed really well until I tried to load Netflix on it, it keeps telling me that it is not compatible. So I decide to get in touch with Wave Innovate to see if they could help me out, it been 5 days and counting with no reply. The last I heard from them was that they were trying to get their orders out before the lockdown.
