Best online Pet Store in SA
Like their name says they are Pet Heroes indeed! Great service and great prices especially on premium dog food. Email queries are answered in the shortest space of time, drivers are exceptional- always friendly and kind, if a product becomes unavailable before delivery you are notified via email, this is one company that actually follows delivery instructions, I have dealt with other online pet stores, they are way below par compared to Pet Hero. Keep up the fantastic work guys. You've made things super convenient for me!

Substandard and Unprincipled
I made an appointment with a 'senior' stylist for a Brazilian Blowout at Franco International Sandton. I was a first time customer and she assured me she will look after me over the phone. On arrival this stylist was super busy and dumped her inexperienced assistant on me, assuring me the assistant was highly experienced and that she would regularly check up on me. I was sat on a big table, face to face with other customers, and without mirrors to see what was going on with my hair, just loud music. The assistant used the wrong flat iron and technique, kept telling me how bad my hair was, was highly pushy with products that were not even sulphate free, and was nosy about my life. The stylist eventually showed up, 3 hours later at the very end of my hair treatment, only to dry my hair, she was just as nosy and just as pushy with hair products. It was inevitable that this R2000.00 'Brazilian Blowout' (not sure if it was actually the original Brazilian Blowout as discussed with stylist as all the products used on my hair was pre-packaged), only lasted two weeks. Not to mention the day after the treatment I noticed that several sections of my hair was still not smooth. These two are unprofessional and frauds - is this what the Brand Franco International stands for? As for future customers be extremely cautious about who does your hair at this salon, clearly standards and morals vary amongst the stylists. I will not do business with this organisation again nor will I recommend them.

NOT SOUTH AFRICAN
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Pettag4life.co.za is not a South African based company. My Order took just over a month to be delivered. The tags are of a poor quality metal that can easily warp. Rather go to your local Vet shop to get a better quality, reliable pet tag for your fur baby.
