Pineapple Insurance is good so far, I have not got problems with it
bought a machine online. the machine has to come with 3 boxes and delivery was scheduled for the 29th of July. machine was late by a week, delivered on the 4th of August but when the delivery occurs, only 1 box was delivered. status was updated to delivered SUCCESSFULLY. called to enquire why status changed while i have not received the machine to be told that we will make follow up and revert back, asked to change status back to out for delivery as i have not received the machine and they are also not sure when will the machine arrive and answer was we will call you back as we can not change the status. lodged a return and did not get feedback. called them back and they are now surprised that the return was not registered. still waiting for their call as they promise to investigate and call. Poor poor service.
They are a great insurance company so far and i have not had any problems with them
There was a problem with deduction of money on account and the representative who handled my case did not give me a run around. My matter was solve with no stress
The company is a scam. They promise to trade on your behalf and later request more money to withdraw your funds
