Dear Cash Crusaders Sammy Marks store, I wish to convey our utmost discontent with the service provided to us by your store on March 27th, when one of our executives bought a NIKON D3200 camera. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve the matter, we have not yet received a satisfactory response from your store. Our executive was informed that the camera would come with a charger, but upon returning to collect it the following day, the staff members were unhelpful and dismissive,except the lady that handled the camera transaction on the 1st place. Stating that the camera was being sold without a charger. We subsequently ordered a charger online, which arrived a few days later, but unfortunately, the camera would not turn on even after the battery was charged. We have since been in contact with your store, including having the executive who brought the camera to visit the store to try to resolve the issue that we are pretty sure you are aware of, but we have not received any helpful or satisfactory responses to our concerns. We understand that these issues can sometimes arise. Still, the poor service we have received from your store has caused us to miss multiple corporate gigs, and this has had a significant impact on our business operations. Furthermore, we are concerned that the 6-month warranty, which is advertised at the store, behind the till slip and on the official website, may be null and void at your branch. We have not been given any explanation for why the warranty may not be honored, and we believe that this may be contributing to the poor service we have received. We are extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled, and we request that it be resolved as soon as possible. We require a refund, a replacement camera, or for your store to take back the camera and find out what is wrong with it. We expect prompt and professional service and an apology for the inconvenience and poor service we have received so far. Please understand that the camera is urgently needed, and we cannot afford to miss any more corporate gigs due to this issue. We have invested a significant amount of money into this camera, and we expect it to be in working condition. We have also lost revenue due to the unacceptable service we have received. In comparison, we had a similar experience with a Samsung a10s that we purchased at Tramshed, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional, and the issue was resolved promptly. We expect the same level of professionalism and promptness from your store. We hope that you will take this matter seriously and work towards a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties involved. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
