Worldclass service from Zandile at MiWay
Contacted MiWay by phone to make a policy change. I was assisted by Zandile, who is the most amazing consultant EVER! Absolutely professional, she not only assisted me with what I needed, but also reduced my overall premium by 25%. Lovely phone voice, and a pleasure to talk to, speedy and efficient. Excellent care by pediatrician (Dr Tshigabe)
Our son was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis and we were referred by our GP to Dr Tshigabe as it was considered an emergency situation (he is only 16 weeks and had not been able to feed properly for several days). Dr Tshigabe saw us immediately, despite the fact that he is not our regular paediatrician. Dr admitted baby to Flora clinic (where he is based), but due to stipulations of our medical aid we requested a transfer to Life Wilgeheuwel. Dr arranged this, baby was admitted to hospital but continued under his care. <br> <br> Over the course of the next two days the Dr came to see us at Wilgeheuwel, medication administered was spot-on and baby recovered so well over 48 hours that we were discharged after 2 nights at the hospital. <br> <br> Dr Tshigabe is truly gifted, he cares about people. This was certainly not his most intriguing case or the most important, but he was dedicated to our son and provided him with excellent care. Ps: He has a calm manner and just a way of calming a panicked mom down!
