I have first hand experience of seeing how this company treats its employees. To be honest, I don't understand how this company gets away with doing what it does. The office staff is expected to work extreme hours at no extra remuneration. A lot of them work from 4am until 11/12pm and there is NO acknowledgement of it. If they fall behind on anything or doing even the slightest thing wrong, they receive what is called a 'Pink Slip' which is a form of written warning. This company is driving its employees to the ground so that those in higher positions can get higher. Many of the staff members are not allowed to work from home during the COVID-19 lock-down but are still expected to go home and keep working...for me personally, this does not make any sense. People need to have a break from work and not work from Monday to Monday with no over-time pay or any form of remuneration. This company should really make a change in the way they dictate their staff around and stop expecting more than the impossible as at some point, a persons well-being becomes a priority.
This review is not directed at the company 4max Properties, but rather to one of their agents, Nita. She is difficult to communicate with, rude, and should probably not be in any profession that deals with other people. She has caused us nothing but stress and anxiety throughout our dealings with her. During this time of crisis, known as Covid-19, it has been extra difficult to work with her. When asked questions she becomes obnoxiously passive aggressive and treats clients like pre-school children. If you ever work through 4max Properties, I highly suggest you avoid this woman as your agent.
