Terrible BritelinkMCT Service
Terrible service and zero customer feedback. I ordered AND PAID for my fiber router to be relocated to another room. After numerous attempts to follow up with the consultant (one Ms Aamina Frank) to get an install date, my emails are flatly ignored. I've tried calling the support desk but the phone rings unanswered until the call eventually drops.
