I will never fly Lufthansa again. Our flights to Europe were delayed both ways - 5 hours there and a whopping 12 hours on the way back. No compensation could be claimed as my journey was from the UK to South Africa which I was told are deemed 'third' countries and not regulated by EU agreements. Staff told us the delay did not have a massive impact as Cape Town is a 'holiday destination', and no one would miss an important meeting, like for example, if it were a flight to Shanghai. Yes, a Lufthansa flight attendant actually said this to passengers. The flight attendants were generally rude, and did not seen to be fami**** with terms such as 'please', 'thank you' and 'help.';The support from Lufthansa when the passengers on an entire flight had to figure out, close to midnight, what to do with a last minute overlay was non-existent - and watching old ladies and young families running up and down a deserted Frankfurt airport looking for an open Lufthansa counter or any help was **********. The combination of the terrible service and arrogance was too much. Never again.
One of the worst purchasing mistakes ever! A bunch of Chinese con-artists. For starters they will not adhere to any requests, in fact the responses seem AI generated. The clothes once delivered do not replicate the website photos at all: made of very poor quality thin polyester fabrics, and badly made. Unwearable. Returning the awful clothes to China costs another fortune for the courier, plus import taxes, which hardly makes it worth it - but decided to do it as a matter of principle, just to find out the address they provide does not exist, neither does someone pick up the phone on the number provided. The couriers were frantic. Do not make the same mistake I made and be deceived by the beautiful photos, the reality is very far removed. They also generate several other **** websites under different names, serving ads for the same clothes.
