I am on day 4 without my parcel which is currently with Dsv, when I called them to follow up they keep saying the same thing "we can't access your parcel we trying to escalate " mind you the parcel is with them. They don't have sense of emergency tomorrow am going on day 5 without my parcel sh*#t service
This morning a got an SMS stating that I purchased a service from this company for R395. I have no business with them so why are they deducting money from my account when I have not given them my consent to do so. I cannot even reverse the money because its not a DEBIT ORDER, IT states it a purchase. PLEASE JUST GIVE MY MONEY BAC****
