He informed me that a consultant from Vitality would be in touch with me to assess the matter and evaluate the cause behind it. I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of their investigation, and I am grateful to have someone like Trevor Richard working on my case. However, I regret to share that I have yet to receive any communication from Vitality since our last conversation. I would like to request immediate action on this matter, as it is causing inconvenience and distress. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate it further. To whom this may concern I would like to formally lay a complaint against a sales consultant by the name of Nastassia Govender, who recently sold me a medical aid scheme with Vitality. During my consultation, she conveniently withheld important information about the upfront payments and I feel misled by her. When I enquired with the Virgin Active Club about this, they confirmed that it is common practice for sales consultants not to mention upfront payments when trying to sell medical aid cover. However, I strongly believe that this is unacceptable and that Nastassia had a responsibility to explain the full details of the scheme and the benefits it comes with to me. During our conversation, she was knowledgeable about Vitality and even explained that I would immediately receive 75% discount off my gym membership fees and thereafter three months the monthly deduction will take place. She knew how the Vitality program worked, yet failed to mention the upfront payment which Vitality would advise of before I accepted the medical aid cover. This was a clear case of vital information being withheld from me before I made a decision to sign up for the scheme. I believe that Nastassia should have been upfront with me about the upfront payments and provided me with all the necessary information before I made my decision. It is with regret that I must inform you that your actions have cost you a new client, who was previously very interested in opening a bank account and setting up car and house insurance with your group. is deeply concerning that a company that claims to provide insurance and financial services to its clients would engage in ********* practices to lure in potential customers. Moreover, I cannot help but wonder what would happen if I were to end up in the hospital and there were loopholes that would prevent me from getting the required medical attention. This thought alone is disconcerting, and I refuse to subject myself to such a situation. I demand that your company addresses this issue and rectifies it as soon as possible. Additionally, I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience and stress that your company's actions have caused me. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment and transparency from the service providers I choose to do business with. I urge you to take this matter seriously and respond to this message as soon as possible to discuss the necessary steps to be taken to mitigate this situation. Chanel
InvestBy is an online financial service provider that brings a breakthrough to the online investment arena giving you access to the top-notch trading environment. To cut the story short, I started trading with them for less than a month. But before doing so I did my research and I’ve asked the necessary questions. One of them were; that if I felt that I no longer want to continue trading I’m I allowed to withdraw my investments, and they responded yes. Note that it’s in the terms and conditions. A week or two into it I could no longer continue and decided to take what I have left. Mind you I’ve made 4300 plus minus but was told at the time I could only withdraw 2300. I was advised by my account manager that I’ll get my money within 7 working and it was approved for refund. On 7 th day they decide to hold my withdrawal. I saw a option to withdraw more cash and same process took place. At this point I’m still waiting on them to call me but no one is getting back to me and they refuse to give back my money as promised. I honestly think that they lead people on into thinking they making money and when time comes to withdraw they refuse to assist you.
Anathi was prompt and patient throughout the call. She made me feel like a valuable customer and changed my mind by not canceling my insurance. Excellent service through out the call
