I don't even want to give this business a rating. I ordered on 11 October and still haven't received my order. Cathy replied to my e-mail once advising it is in transit and I should receive it within 2-3 days.....still nothing. She never replied to any of my e-mails following up on my order or requesting a refund.
I don't even want to give then a rating. I placed an order with them Sept 2021. We are in March 2022 and I have not received anything from them. The order went through and I was sent a notification the following day saying my order delivery was delayed. When I followed up the first time they responded with no issues but after that they seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth. They are thieves. Please do not give them your money! Up to date I haven't has ANY feedback from them, haven't received my order nor have a received a refund. It is shocking that places like this exist.
We have been supporters of #makro for a very long time and those of you who know me well know that I like to have a mini Makro in my pantry. During the lockdown I have been struggling to get a hold of Makro telephonically being on hold for as long as 50 minutes at times with now prevail. My washing machine broke and I have been in desperate need to buy a new one. This morning we decided to drive to Makro in Edenvale to get some essentials like nappies for the kids (oldest now 20 months and new baby due in 6 weeks). Upon our arrival we went to stand in line. When we got to the front we were told by the Risk Manager that "Makro is prohibited to assist pregnant ladies". I am absolutely shocked and furious at this. This doesn't make any sense. This information is also not available anywhere on their website or facebook page. Just a heads-up for all the pregnant ladies
