After travelling from Dubai (UAE) to Cape Town (RSA) I discovered my luggage was stolen and my bag was ripped open. I submitted my claim at the Airport immediately and I got in contact with Kenya Airways claims department soon after. The claims department asked me to provide proof of the items that was stolen which I provided as I bought most of the items online with my credit card before my trip. They informed me that they won't be able to reimburse me for those items as I do not have a cash slip. But you do not receive a cash slip for items bought online, only proof of purchase. They did however said they will reimburse me for my suitcase that was damaged. I submitted all the paperwork in March 2020 that was requested and a couple of months later, I'm still waiting for payments from them. Kenya Airways claims assistant Rebecca Ochieng doesn't seem to be bothered that my payment has not been made and I'm starting to believe that I will receive no refund for the R12 000 damages I suffered by using their Airline. This was the first and most probably the last time I'll use them.
I contacted Company Partners to assist and guide me through the process of claiming UIF after my employment was terminated. I paid R690 and my consultant Kyle Davidson registered my termination of employment with the Department of Labour. Thereafter my case was considered "completed". More than a month later, I am not closer to claiming unemployment and I paid for a service that I didn't request from them as I clearly stated during the initial consultation that I need help to claim unemployment. Furthermore the consultant's communication is extremely poor and I do not recommend working with him.
I returned the car 27 March 2020 and + 30 days after the day I still have not received my deposit back. I do not recommend them to anyone.
Company Partners were quick to respond to my initial inquiry but after I made the first payment, their communication stopped. They leave the client in the dark. After numerous emails and several working days they still haven't made contact with me. I will not recommend them to anyone.
