Debtgrip has recently rebranded their company with a new logo and new management. They offer world class service and assistance to all queries given. I ordered via the steers app for delivery yesterday around half past 4 for delivery at 6, it never showed. I orders again today the exact same order, but this time i phoned in. I couldn’t get through to the Nina Park branch so I tried my luck with Wonderpark. They answered the phone and a friendly gentleman explained that unfortunately they do not do deliveries, but he can assist me with my order and make sure that they get my order for delivery, and that the delivery time will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. After i gave my order and dropped the phone I received an sms from Nina Park Steers saying that they have received my order. I waited patiently for my order and ended up waiting 2 hours before I attempted my first query call. After struggling for 40 minutes I eventually got through to Nina Park Steers, i was assisted by a Lady who checked my order and confirmed that it has been more than 2 hours that i have been waiting, she than said that she has to speak with her manager, i was on hold for 10 min then when she spoke she claimed that she can’t hear me due to supposed network issues and drooped the call. I tried phoning back several times but i could still not get through to them. I personally feel that the delivery system is up to **** and that if they can’t do it probably then don't be open at all. I will never order anything from Nina Park Steers and i advise on other to do the same. I am really disappointed in the service level, especially from a high valued fast food restaurant.
